The Karma Living website (“site”) is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Karma Living site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Karma Living site. You should check for such updates by clicking onto the customer service section to check the date of last such update. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.

To register with Karma Living you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

Return Policy & Instructions

All products offered by Karma Living are protected by a 14 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own cost for:

• A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.

• a product exchange

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked.

Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products. Items offered at a % off the original price are final sales
